What is a Refinance & how does it work?
Refinance allows your business to improve cashflow and/or consolidate existing debt within the business by using equity that you've built up in assets on your balance sheet.
The funders will obtain a valuation on the assets and establish how much cash can be raised against the assets. Whilst the agreement is ultimately tied to assets unlike an unsecured loan, interest rates tend to be lower given the security in the deal. Don't worry, you don't have to own the kit outright; even equipment on finance we can refinance, injecting cash into the business and easing your monthly outgoings by reducing your monthly repayment.
