Sales Executive / Finance Broker – Uncapped Commission (£120k+ OTE) – Training Provided

Crown Business Finance Limited is hiring 3–4 ambitious Sales Executives / Finance Brokers due to rapid growth.

This is a high-performance sales role in commercial finance with uncapped commission and realistic £120,000+ earnings after 3 years.

Base Salary – £26,000 – £36,000

Commission – Uncapped

What You’ll Do

Generate and close new business (all self generated)
Speak with business owners & directors
Sell commercial finance solutions
Control deals from first call to completion
Negotiate confidently and close professionally

Comfortable negotiating with business owners
Sales experience helpful but not required
